Windmill Pasture Grass Survey, December 2006
Purpose:
Compare before and after pictures to learn visual cues
of actual pounds of grass per acre.
Long-term, I hope to accurately gauge amount of available forage using
these photo transects. Future studies
will assist in proper stocking rates for winter stockpiling and forage
budgeting with available cattle and grass.
